While learning the art of boxing & fitness you can improve your skill, fitness, co-ordination, confidence, and discipline in a safe & friendly environment. Group classes are a great way to gain experience and develop new techniques. You’re welcomed to join us for group sessions.
A typical class lasts one hour and begins with a warm up followed by conditioning exercises. We then usually go onto pad work or heavy bag and then followed by sparring. Beginners are partnered up with people of a similar level. Our group classes are done in a friendly environment but are really intense.
